While in the area, be sure to visit the Bunya Mountains. Covering about 25,000 acres you are bound to relax and unwind while  exploring the natural beauty and its inhabitants. The Bunya Mountains are ideal for bush walkers and naturalists alike. There are many walking tracks throughout the Mountain Range, but please note that many are quite steep. For those of you who are more at one with nature and enjoy a bit of adventure, numerous camp-sites are available in and around the area.
