Booking / Refund Policy

The following deposits are required when booking your accommodation:

• 100% for bookings during school and public holidays including Easter, Christmas and New Year;
• 50% for bookings during all other periods.

Cancellation Policy for Villas, Cabins& all Powered Sites:

• 0 ~ 7 days - No refund
• 8 ~ 14 days - 50% refund
• 15 days or more $10 admin fee

Please note that:

• Fees are not refundable if stay is cut short.
• MINIMUM stays do apply at certain times. Please contact the Managers for further clarification
• CLEANING fees will apply if accommodation is vacated and left in an unacceptable manner.
• DAMAGES and BREAKAGES will be charged to the person whose name is against the booking.
